To do this

1. Preheat the oven to 125 C.

2. Dry the leftovers by putting the filter basket straight up in a bowl for five minutes. Then use a spoon to squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the leftovers.

3. When the scraps look dry, remove the contents of the filter basket with a spoon and spread out on baking paper on a baking tray. Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the baking tray.

4. Place the tray in the oven and leave for 1 - 2 hours

(depending on how dry your leftovers were).

5. Remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool. Scrape

the dried leftovers from the baking tray paper.

6. Put the leftovers in a blender and run the blender until the contents look like flour.
