Chocolate balls with cherries

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6-7 chocolate balls

Ingredients

• 100 ml almond paste (from almond milk with Mylky)
• 4 - 5 dates (pitted and split)
• 4 cherries (pitted and cut in half)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• Optional; flour of your choice

Instructions

To do this

1. Make almond milk with Mylky and squeeze out as much

as much liquid as possible from the filter basket.

2. Add all ingredients (except cherries) to a blender

and blend until you have a smooth batter.

3. Take about half a tbsp of the batter and roll into a small ball. Use your thumb to make a dimple in the ball and put a cherry half in it. If necessary, add a little flour of your choice to the batter (depending on how much water your leftover almonds contained), then roll the ball again to close the hole in the ball.

4. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

5. Place your balls in the fridge for at least an hour. Afterwards, you can top your balls with some cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
